EWU Claims it Spent over $20K Attempting to Get Kohberger records from Moscow/MPD

Here we provide an update and opinions concerning an upcoming May 18, 2026 hearing on a public records lawsuit before Judge Megan E. Marshall - EWU Media LLC vs. City of Moscow/Moscow Police Department. The Petitioner EWU has not submitted a declaration in support of their position Moscow/MPD wrongfully denied their request for public records from the Kohberger files stating they spent more than $20,000 in their unsuccessful events to obtain these records.
