EWU Media v. Moscow/MPD: A Key Event on July 10

In February 2026, a lawsuit was filed by EWU Media LLC who alleged the City of Moscow/Moscow Police Dept. wrongfully withheld information from the Kohberger investigation records after they filed public records requests into the crimes at 1122 King Road. Here we provide an update regarding a key event that is scheduled to occur on July 10, 2026 and others leading up to the hearing on August 5, 2026.
