Brazilian producer and multi-instrumentalist Diogo Strausz, now based in France, brings his deep musical roots into a new album for Favorite Recordings. The project draws from the golden era of Brazilian disco-funk, channeling the influence of late-’70s and early-’80s visionaries like Robson Jorge and Lincoln Olivetti. Ahead of the album’s release on January 16th, we’re happy to present “Ele é Artista,” featuring Bruno “Patchworks” Hovart of Voilaaa and Mr. President fame.
