This is actually yesterday's episode,8-31-22, the program that I use kept crashing on me all day so I couldn't upload the video. In this episode, I talk about Learning to Evaluate yourself on a regular basis, basically figuring out what you are wanting to change about yourself and then executing on what you come up with. I had a hard realization yesterday about some things that I am defiantly not doing and why I'm not getting farther ahead in life like I want to. As I explain, Pick one thing about yourself and work on that one thing until you feel like you have seen enough progress in that area to move on to something else. This is something that I need to start more and especially learning to finish things that I start. The change you want starts with you and you alone. Stop trying to change everybody else around you and start with you.
