Exercise, Mental Health and Finding Your Tribe with Josh Whittaker

from Let's Just Talk · host Adam Martin

I always enjoy chatting to other Exercise Physiologists and this podcast was no exception. Josh is the director of Hex Health, an exercise physiology clinic in the Gippsland Region of Victoria and being a local of this area for most of his life, he wanted to provide services to this area to ensure that Gippslanders could have access to a place where people go and actually get change to their diet and exercise. This was an open ended chat with a colleague in the industry that I respect and enjoy the company of that mostly centred around the current state of affairs we currently find ourselves. We discuss how exercise can be a great help with your metal health and why NOW it is even more important to include in your life and as much as you can, do it with those that you find love and familiarity with. There are plenty of random nuggets of gold in this episode of the podcast and I do hope you enjoy our chat.
