A 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘳'𝘴 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 of me 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐃 𝐌𝐘 𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐄!  I often tell 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐛𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐫 𝐰𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐛𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐨𝐫.  I rather be the door, giving students access to a world they may have 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮.  

Teachers, we are 𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬.  We can invite students into spaces that they otherwise have been shunned from.  𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐁𝐥𝐏𝐎𝐂 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐚𝐲, "𝐈 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐂𝐀𝐍 𝐝𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬".  𝘞𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘪𝘯𝘷𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘥?
