1 Corinthians 3: 6-9 (KJV). In our text, we will see the apostle Paul’s efforts to correct the Corinthian church’s view of their leaders with a proper estimation of the value and role of human leaders in light of God’s rank in all of these. In other words, God is given the rank of pr-eminent one. God is everything. He is the highest. He’s the greatest. And if that is true, if God is pre-eminent in rank, then it ought to change how we live our lives!
