People will often tell me they want to start a podcast or write a book and yet they never start?... Is it having to do with being lazy or simply not knowing where to start?... Or maybe, just maybe, it's because you're afraid of being judged. Or perhaps maybe you judge others and you don't feel as though you have a means to start.
