Our next guest is Sarah King (@sarahlizking). Sarah King is an exercise physiologist and health coach who spreads a very positive message of food, body and exercise. She went into this field with a story of her own, and we really wanted to take the time to allow her to share that story. In doing so she aims to improve everyone's relationship with exercise in a way that breeds freedom and empowers change in the long term. In this podcast, Sarah takes us through her journey of exercise dependence and disordered eating, from the initial warning signs all the way to how she came through the other side. Having lived through her own experience, Sarah is amazing at empathising with other people's struggles. We hope that by sharing her story, many of you listeners who may be going through the same struggles will be able to relate and see a massive potential to progress in your own life. She dives into what kinds of things we need to consider when we look at our relationship with exercise and how we can be curious to challenge how we feel around exercise. And at this time when our exercise has been shifted and our environment has changed so drastically, it's really about understanding those feelings if they come to the forefront. We're really excited for Sarah to be telling her story on our podcast and we know you're going to love it! Quick links to Sarah!
