I have worked for various NGOs and International corporate mental health organizations, as a therapist, psychoeducator, and in managerial roles. She graduated from Stellenbosch University with an Honors in Psychology. And her areas of specialty are relationships and anxiety. Ashley’s journey into the mental health field started with her own quest for healing. The experience she had with an awesome therapist completely changed the course of her life. Ashley chose psychology as part of my Humanities degree and fell in love with the field. Studying psychology while going through psychotherapy was an incredible experience. Learning how humans worked helped her to make sense of the world and heal.
