This thing meaning nothing else than a thought, an emotion, a feeling, an idea, an unanswered question.  I have this image of our body and somewhere in there, there is this thing living. Sometimes it feels more like a beast. Sometimes it’s a voice. Or a pink question mark, or a wooden-doll like Pinocchio. From time to time you can hear it: „Let me out let me out.“ How do you let it out? Which way do you use to express yourself?  A little outtake:  "I believe, that we can create wounds by not allowing us to express ourselves. I know it’s not always easy, because we might not have been told to do so. This happens more than we know. Some get punished for it. Or banned. Because it’s not appropriate. But then we can learn it. With small steps. My dear ones, it’s never too late to start and that’s why I would make it a mission to find out how you can express yourself. It does not have to be spectacular. You could do in a gentle, smooth, easy and sensitive way.
