Lenka Hruscakova is a light-hearted, certified Yoga Instructor & Slovakian Language Teacher. We met in Dharamshala, India in the Summer of 2023 while attending an intensive 100-hour Meditation Teacher Training, where we were meditating for 7+ hours a day for 2 weeks straight! #goodtimes It was great to reconnect, catch up and hear all about how she’s creating Joy in her life.
