Welcome to the first episode of Extra Sauce. A weekly chat with just me, Sauce, where I touch on the week that's been and discuss some strategies I've implemented to keep my mental health and overall wellbeing in check. These episode's won't be any longer than 20 minutes each week, just something to ease into your Monday morning and essentially a bit of a journal for me. To be honest, had a tough week this week due to indulging in too many vodkas after a huge win last Sunday. Hangover's when you're 30 years old are no joke...
