Extra Sauce | Ep. 12 | Movie Binge + Strong Pilates

Happy Monday everyone, I hope you had a nice weekend and managed to stay dry here in SA! I put the toes up on the couch all weekend long, which was bloody nice, and capped the weekend off with a glass of red, from First Drop Wines, and a roast! In this ep I'll share my experience from last Friday, getting out of my comfort zone with my mate Walshy, at Strong Pilates in Port Adelaide! Never done pilates before and this was another level of fitness. Highly recommend checking it out if you are looking for something new to do and challenge yourself, as the space is awesome and the trainers are all absolutely fantastic and super supportive! I'll be heading back again in the new year to get a couple more sessions in. At the very least, give them a follow (insta page is below) and check out what they do!
