On this weeks episode of Extra Sauce, I talk about recently finishing Nedd Brockmann's book, Showing Up, and how bloody inspiring it was and how it nearly brought me to tears at the end. If ya are yet to read his book, go buy it today. It is seriously good. But the reason I read so much on the weekend is because I have set a goal of reading 15+ books in 2024. Call it, Saucey's Reading Challenge. Aiming to read at least one book a month to learn new things, read for fun but also in an effort to reduce my screen time in the mornings and night.
