Good Morning and happy Monday! Hope you all had a nice weekend and a productive week last week. I tell ya what, I am battling to get up in the mornings at the moment. This change in sunrise has me cooked. I was in a good routine for a few weeks there and now I can't get out of bed before 6am. If anyone out there has any advice on how to wake from their morning slumber at the moment, slide into my DM's!! Enjoy this week's quick yarn, recorded on my drive to work using my wireless mic's.
