She works with both entrepreneurs and professionals that are somehow struggling with their businesses, often people around their mid-life in need of true fulfilment in life. Evelien has a corporate background in change management and management development. Her true passion in work has always been working with teams and individuals to help them find clarity and fulfilment in their life and career. In 2006 she started as a business owner, first as an independent interim manager within the corporate world and later in 2015 from scratch with her own coaching business. That’s when she took a big leap to step out of the ‘golden cage’. That’s how she deepened her journey in life. In 2018 Evelien developed her own coaching method Signature 4 Success® to take it a step further and that’s how she became a mentor of coaches as well.
