I am delighted to welcome back to the studio today the fabulous Anke Herrmann, midwife to this podcast, and my guardian angel in all things technical. Today, another topic dear to my heart, the tech monster. One that personally and I believe I am not the only woman, certainly in the 50+ category who seems to go brain dead when faced with any new thing technical. So we are going to talk about taming the tech monster. BIOOriginally from East Germany, Anke Herrmann lived in Australia, the UK and for the last 18 years in the south of Spain. She loves making things (with a special love for flamenco costumes, in fact, her first business was a sewing business), mad about languages – real languages and programming languages, addicted to learning, crazy about dogs. She’s changed careers as often as countries but really always only does one thing .. bringing ideas to life, in the simplest, most efficient and creative way, and gently guiding others through that process. In her work with clients, professional coaches and educators, it’s about helping them serve more clients better through online programs and smooth backend systems to minimize admin work, so that they can do what they love doing rather than wasting precious time and money building the wrong thing with the wrong tools.
