I always answer back with a question – do you want to know me, or do you want to hear job titles, roles, etc….I was lately asked if I was authentic…I would say I am more than ever…People now know me as a Yoga and meditation teacher and Transformational expert, however I had a life before that, where I was stuck in corporate, big salary, lot of responsibility and leading a big team. This is also part of my story. This was my life before I crashed … And now, I live a completely different, happier life. Is this being authentic? Hell yes! And it is a lot more fun, but you have to be brave, you have to look the fear in the eyes, because change can trigger fear. Life is not always easy, we all have our challenges to face, but you can choose how you want to see them. Make the most out of your life and do not hide behind your cv, your titles and roles.
