Hurray, I am so happy to be able to welcome back once again intimacy and relationship trainer and coach Marga Berlinski. I had already put feelers out on FB asking for members of the tribe willing to share experience, expertise etc on the topic of dating after 50 when I came across Marga last Friday at a Global Woman Amsterdam networking event and heard about tantra dating. I thought it would be interesting to find out more and asked her if she would be prepared to share the what the why the how with us and here we are today. BIO I’m an intimacy and relationship trainer and coach. I help women and men feel more confident, connected, and self-expressed when it comes to relationships, intimacy, and sex. Sex and intimacy can be deeply fulfilling and nourishing and yet, many people do not know how to access it. The trainings I offer are a combination of coaching and powerful exercises that help you discover self-imposed constraints around sexuality and relationships. You will learn how to express and communicate what you need, feel your body more intensely and be in touch with your desires. A new set of tools and strategies will help you past limiting beliefs, leaving you empowered, and free to take new actions and behave differently in situations where you previously felt stuck. I coach from a place of experience, recognition, and compassion. I have been working in the area of coaching, training and personal development for over 15 years. I use my training in a variety of modalities combined with the philosophy and the practice of Orgasmic Meditation.
