​Today I welcome Dr Martha Helliesen, a seasoned sexologist and Gestalt therapist with a solid academic background and 30 years clinical experience in untangling sexual and other emotional issues with clients from all over the world and we will be talking about our never being too old to be sexual and how to ignite the life force of our sexual being. BIODr. Martha brings an extensive academic background, combined with 30 years of clinical experience to her comprehensive work with sexology and Body/Mind therapy. She holds a PhD in Neuroscience & Psychology and Sexology,  is a Gestalt therapist, and a Licensed Massage Therapist. She has spent a lifetime studying and working with people and is always on top of cutting-edge research in the fields that apply to her clinical work. Martha’s profound understanding of the body and brain and her vast experience give Martha the ability to tailor her clinical work to each client’s unique needs.    Originally from Norway, Martha spent over twenty years in New York City before she started splitting her time between NYC and Miami.
