When I was in my thirties a lot of things happened, which eventually led to a burn out. I had extensive therapy at a rehabilitation centre, where I learnt to self-advocate my well-being. Since then, I have taken many courses in the area of personal development and happiness and learnt to take care of myself. I am the founder of Happibuzz and am a Certified Happiness Officer, Happiness Coach, Breathwork facilitator and am taking a MBA in Organisational Happiness.
