Facial Feminization Fumbles: Tongue and Cheek

Three months ago, Rosemary (dead name unknown) exchanged $120,000 to change his face so that he looked more like a woman, especially more like his hot mother specifically. Rosemary suffered a left lingual arterial bleed during/after the surgery, requiring an immediate revision that lasted longer than the initial surgery. The result is apparent lasting dysarthria affecting his zygomatic region, consistent with loss of pressure and reperfusion injury.
