False Angels are Creating Uncivil Liberties...Resulting in an Orwellian 1984 Evolving in 2024, Revolution in 2084, Revelation in 2184, excerpts from the novel "Americana" a book by Jerry Rhoads

What are the civil liberties protected by the constitution?  Freedom of speech, right to protect oneself, right to personal safety, right to protect your vote, right to pursue happiness, right to pursue good health, right to receive health care, right to be prosperous, right to own a home, right to pursue the American Dream, right to due process of law, right to marry and procreate a family, right to choose, right to life,  right to pursue an education, right to pursue a citizenship, right to run for office, right  to religious beliefs, right to own a business, right to fail and start over, right to choose a mate, right to move from State to State, right to pay taxes, right to bankruptcy protection, right for peaceful protest, right to reject opinions, right to resist bullies, right to a jury of our peers, right to elect our leaders and contest the results, right to rally against injustice, right to use media to express feelings and opinions, right to reject violence and vulgarity in our media, right to profit from our endeavors, right to a rightful abortion, right to sextual preference, right to a fair hearing, right to know our rights before incarceration, right to bail, right to appeal, right to public service, right to probation, right to die on our terms, right to contest capitalism, racism, favism, socialism, communism, totalitarianisms, isms, isms, for the sake of humanism. Each of these can be converted to uncivil liberties through lawmaking and civil disobedience to the American Dream .  This is best envisioned by George Orwell in his classic novel 1984 that finds a dystopian world of Big Brother and the Brotherhood using fear and sublimated mind control to create a world without lovers, civil liberties and freedoms.  A world without love and relationships outside of Oceania INGSOC (English socialism a negative utopia) where War is Peace, Ignorance is Strength and Slavery is Freedom.   I write in my book Americania, that revisits Orwell's vision, using the application of similar actions by lawmakers making 40,000 laws per year being passed to remove rights, civil liberties and freedoms for the sake of Big Brother Government control over our lives.  The Brotherhood of two parties both practice fear and control in their role of deciding what laws are passed for proclaimed issues.   Not to solve humanism problems but envisioned protection of our rights as an oxymora of control by the Few taking away the above civil liberties of the Many for the sake of Americania AMSOC in 2024.  Where Peace is War, Strength is Ignorance and Freedom is Slavery.  In 1984 hope wasn't allowed, love was prohibited as uncivil, liberty was subservience.  By 2084 Orwell's prediction takes on reality with a third party of American Enterprise reestablishing the above civil liberties as their platform where Peace is Faith, Strength is Love, Freedom is Equality.  The role of humanism is established for restoring the importance of family, work, peaceful coexistence, one world peace with environmental conservation using a cleansing of our inner cities, oceans, water source, food production, modes of transportation, manufacturing, distribution, rain forest management, flood controls, use of harvesting solar particles for a clean energy source.    The question is who will lead us there?  Is it a businessman, a Senator, a man, a woman a reverend, a biracial politician, a savior from the cycle of evolution, revolution and revelation by our so called "enterprising angels" for the sake of each individual on earth.  Reinforcement of the most important liberty, pursuit of opportunity for the sake of the Many led by a benevolent Few.   This will be our Americana replacing Americania in 2184.
