Nicole and Annie breakdown an example of a poorly written article - stating incredibly false health claims. We must discern more of what we are reading and who the author is. There are so many people out there posing as health professionals without any real education, backing experience. These articles are written to make you gasp and bauk so you share them and freak out and give them more likes and reads. They are not necessarily there to actually help you. And when one article is so biased in a way of thinking versus being neutral, factual and allowing the consumer to decide what they need to do for them; this alone is a huge red flag!
