Courtney shares openly about how misogyny within the court system makes it extremely difficult for women to keep themselves and their children safe and separate from their abusers. A large part of the discussion will focus on how Courtney was treated by judges, lawyers, and other professionals for speaking out against the domestic violence she was experiencing.
