Family legacy

The healing that needs to take place from our childhood can be a challenge to allow.  I'm dealing with healing through acceptance a feeling of not being safe and not having the courage to be myself much of which stems from my childhood.  Recently, there have been situations that have brought this up for me to have another chance at more fully resolving.  This podcast is part of the effort to be more at peace with events from my childhood.
