Farm to Table at Calgary Stampede: Chef Errin Massolin

At this year's Calgary Stampede, local seasonal ingredients were on full display at the first-ever Taste of Stampede. The culinary cup pitted chefs from across Alberta against one another in a mouth-watering competition. Errin Massolin is the head chef of The Nash in Calgary's Inglewood neighbourhood. Using local is so important to her. She grew up in High River in a family of farmers. Massolin finished fourth overall in the event.
