I have been fascinated by conflict for more than 30 years. That fascination might be enough for a podcast. But there’s more. I feel some frustration about suggestions that conflict always spirals down to hopeless despair in no time. And I have a wealth of experience, education, teaching, speaking, writing, and consulting around conflict. To top it off, I’m still learning and plan to always keep learning.
