The Senate Judiciary Committee will be voting on Amy Coney Barrett on October 22, with the full Senate vote occurring the following day... all DURING an election. So the question now is: what will the Democrats do if they take power in January?The polls are starting to indicate that the 2020 election will be a blue tsunami (which is why Senate Republicans are speeding ahead to create a 6-3 conservative majority on the Supreme Court).
