Fastest power stairs (3 x 225 kg)

If you like a bit of weightlifting, you may want to try a sport called power stairs. This involves carrying a number of heavy items up a flight of three stairs and placing them at the top. The current Guinnes World record for the fastest time carrying 3 225 kg weights is 31.16 seconds by Latvian strongman, Aivars Smaukstelis. And I have trouble carrying 2 shopping bags from the supermarket! lol
