When we're in the process of hiring a coach or a mentor, there are a few questions worth answering: "Can he or she help me get the results I want?"; "Is he or she successful in a way I also want to be?"; "Does he or she look like someone I could develop a friendship with?". These are all valid questions to ask in order to hire someone. Your new coach should not only have a good energy, but an energy that looks like yours.
