FBU 262: The Difference Between Mentorship and Coaching

We talk a lot about mentorship here on this podcast, but what exactly is it? You're most likely a coach in some capacity, and even though coaching is similar to mentorship, there are a few key differences. Where coaching looks more like telling someone what to do, mentoring is showing someone what to do. A mentor opens you up to new a new mindset, a new mentality all the while challenging you to become a new and better version of yourself. Think of it like paying for someone's expertise instead of paying for their time.
