Fear And Anxiety Don't Have To Reign - A Christian Response To Election 2024 {Eps 71}

It doesn't take much right now to lose peace and eventually begin reacting to fear or anxiousness. One commercial or news report on the radio or tv, an acquaintance's social media post that doesn't align with your beliefs, or a family member obnoxiously belittling your values can set us off. Or the Enemy placing a thought in our minds causing us to turn our focus from Jesus to the world can have us sinking in the storm and not walking on the water.    I can easily find my peace slipping away and fear sneaking in with every glance toward the world.  Anybody else? (hand raised) This isn't what God has for His children, though. Like Peter, we are called to be water-walkers. Our lives should look different not only on good days but also when surrounded by a storm.
