Fear and Worry

Whenever I do Reiki energy balancing or Soul Readings, I always take a look at the emotional energy that may have taken up residence in people's Kidneys and/or Spleen.  In Chinese medicine, the Kidneys are where we store Fear, and the Spleen is where we store Worry.These powerful emotions can drain our energy and block our nearby Chakras:  The Solar Plexus and The Heart Chakra. They can limit our power and manifestation efforts.
