Fear Itself 25-2 (Brothers)

from Legends of Tabletop Podcast · host Legends of Tabletop

Jack Crandall – Brett Randy Anders – Kurt Erin Shaughnessy – John GM – Neil Once they arrive at the outskirts of the village Erin and Randy don’t see anyone or anything moving. Moving up cautiously they see blood in the square and on a few of the cabins so they decide to walk the perimeter to see what they can find. They are able to befriend a dog that was locked in one of the cabins and also find a journal. The journal says that people have been going missing and that two hunters found a “creature” eating one of the missing townsfolk. They move on to another cabin with a barking dog looking for survivors. They dog backs away, growling but they are able to coax it to take some food and back him down. It seems like the dog is protecting the pantry and when Erin opens the door he finds a young girl named Sophia. She wants to know where her mommy and daddy are and says some people went off with Reverend Joaquin into the forest. While Erin makes food Randy heads off to the little church. The chapel itself looks pretty normal but when Randy enters the rectory it looks more like an abattoir then a place of worship. There are parts of different people strewn about the bloodied room. Luckily Randy also finds the Reverend’s journal where he speaks about finding a strange set of bones in the forest. The Reverend comes to a revelation that he must consume the flesh of his congregation to save them. With darkness encroaching Randy and Erin quickly investigate the other cabin and prepare Sophia’s cabin for a siege. https://www.birdscoffeecompany.com/coffees/legends-of-tabletop-legendary-brew Use Code Legends10 to get 10% off your order Theme music created by Brett Miller http://www.brettmillermusic.net/
