Fear Itself Session 26-2 (Ethereal Sidequest)

Jack Crandall – Brett Randy Anders – Kurt Erin Shaughnessy – John GM – Neil Erin and Randy find the cave of the Wendigo. They scope out the area and Randy grabs a spot a little ways away with a clear line of fire towards the cave. Erin climbs up above the mouth of the cave and begins taunting the creature to come out. Just when they thought the plan would fail the Wendigo emerges. Erin and Randy both shoot it but the Wendigo stays on its feet and scrambles up the rock face to attack Erin. Deftly avoiding the creatures blows Erin jumps down and fires off another shot hitting the creature again. Erin’s luck begins to run out when the Wendigo jumps down and savagely begins to rake him with its claws. Luckily Randy is a crack shot and fells the beast with a well-placed shot to its head. After getting Erin patched up a bit they investigate the cave and find the remains of the villagers. They remove the bodies and build a pyre chanting prayers in both Huron and Catholic rights.
