Zoning Map Amendment 2026-01: a zoning map amendment has been requested for the properties denoted by Rockingham County Tax PINs 7923-01-36-5415 & 7923-01-45-2780 located at 330 Gold Hill Road in the New Bethel Township. The request is to rezone the property  from Residential Mixed (RM) to Residential Mixed - Conditional (RM-CD).     b. Zoning Map Amendment 2026-02: a zoning map amendment has been requested for the property denoted by Rockingham County Tax PIN 7000-00-42-0150 located west of 1923 Victory Hill Church Road in the Madison Township.
