As parents (especially new ones) we are always trying to do what is best for our kiddos. Many of us have heard the term "breast is best" and know the many benefits of breastmilk. However, what isn't promoted as much is the beauty and balance of the use of formula, donor milk or some other supplemental option as a tool that that can be incredibly beneficial. Jen and I want to start a new saying that came out of this conversation: "Fed with love." We talk about how intention and love in whatever way you feed you kiddo is really what is best for everyone.
