High airfreight rates once again supported revenues for express and airfreight during the most recent quarter, but headwinds are emerging with the Ukraine-Russia war and another spike in fuel prices. Meanwhile, the cyberattack that affected freight forwarder Expeditors in February is another warning to logistics providers of the threat, and the need to prioritize cybersecurity and plan for those attacks that can’t be prevented.
