We've been receiving feedback our whole life, from school to work, and from family to friends, it is never ending! We believe feedback is important and necessary if you want to improve and grow in your personal and professional life. Although positive feedback is always great to hear, negative feedback isn't, and most people do not like hearing negative feedback. We will discuss the two ways a person can react to negative feedback and how we feel about getting feedback ourselves. We will also discuss giving feedback to those close to you and how to do it without hurting the other person. Nobody is perfect and there is always room for improvement!
