Für die einen eine akademische Wortklauberei, hilft sie uns jedoch Klarheit in die Ausprägungen zu bringen, wenn etwas schief gelaufen ist. Und das brauchen wir, um die richtige Reaktion darauf zu aktivieren. Wir schauen, wie Lernen wirklich funktioniert. Wie funktioniert der strukturierte Erkenntnisgewinn? Und was gilt es zu beachten, damit Feedback-Schleifen sich etablieren? Wir machen Mut zum Experimentieren - aber mit Plan. Wir appellieren dafür, Wissen zu teilen, anstatt Herrschaftswissen zu horten.
