Feeling Lost and Not Okay.

from Moon Child Hosted by Kenzie Swanson

Join me in this open conversation of expressing the emptiness, confusion, and loss that can come along with shifts in our lives that start to appear. In this conversation, I express my experiences with disassociation, heightened sensitivity, and energy holding, and learning to embrace the beauty of understanding these parts and emotions on a deeper level. We are all sensitive and energetic beings navigating our way through life. In this episode, learn to love your sensitivity and know it's okay to receive support from those that love us and from the resources we have around us. Embrace the trees through this journey, learn to love your pen and journal, voice record, tell a trusted partner or friend. Wherever you feel safe enough to release, I give you an invitation and permission to do so.

F*ck Surviving, We're Thriving Malina Lopez Hello beautiful humans! I have been on my holistic healing journey since 2020 after a massive awakening thanks to a sound healing ceremony. Since then I have dedicated my free time to health and healing (when I'm not too consumed with being a mama of two). Health is something that has always been important to me, but healing myself in a holistic way has allowed me to become a version of myself I am truly proud of. I had no idea there was an option for living life outside of survival mode. As someone who has been in some state of fight, flight or freeze since I was a small child the idea of any other life seemed out of reach and down right unrealistic. I honestly thought how I was living and feeling was totally normal. Once I started to heal all parts of myself down to the cells I am made up of I realized life is so much more than people pleasing, anxiety attacks and living life in a haze. I've been exciting that survival mode and entering my era of thriving. I feel ready and so e Explicit Portmansheau Portmansheau Sophisticated toilet humor featuring: Andrew: A Jewishy-washy child ninja turned autoneurotic, prematurely old man, who's had it with fictional ghosts triggering his non-fictional anxiety.Puke: A gently misanthropic Army veteran obsessed with sound effects who's had it with political correctness. Brett: A fierce comedy theorist and peddler of critical thinking who's had it with how the dumbing down of America is resulting in terrible customer service.Nick: A gender homogenous homosapien homeowner who homologizes without homologating the show, who's had it with all three of them so much that it's not even clear of he's actually part of the show anymore; even though he's mentioned all the time.
