from The Moving On Method® Podcast · host Michelle Dempsey-Multack

Do you find yourself feeling "stuck" in an unhealthy relationship because of the unknowns? This week, Britt Frank joins Moms Moving On to help debunk the mental health myths that keep people in relationships for far too long. Britt touches on: Trauma brain and how it can affect us in relationships. How cultural beliefs keep you stuck Overcoming the fear or "what ifs" of leaving an unhealthy relationship And MUCH MORE Britt Frank is a therapist, teacher, speaker, and trauma specialist who is committed to dismantling the mental health myths that keep us feeling STUCK and SICK. Her work focuses on empowering people to understand the inner mechanisms of their brains and bodies.
