She the owner of Fitness Integrated Science, a personal training studio in Louisville, KY, offering Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT), Yoga Therapy, Pilates, and Personal Training services.Lauren holds a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and a Master's degree in HealthFitness Management. She is a registered Yoga Instructor, a Certified Yoga Therapistwith the International Association of Yoga Therapy, a continuing education provider forYoga Alliance, and the developer of the Yoga Integrated Science; Teacher TrainingProgram. Lauren is also a MAT-Rx Certified Full-Body Specialist and Master LevelMAT Specialist.She has spent her life teaching and studying in the health, fitness, and yogacommunities. Lauren’s work has been featured in such magazines as Yoga Journal, Self, IDEA Fitness Journal, American Fitness Magazine, and many others.
