Finale | I'll See You In The Fall!

This has been an incredible season to create with amazing guest teachers on the podcast as well as incredible people just like you that jumped into the coaching space with me for the live coaching episodes. I feel honored & humbled when I look back through the episodes at the many people gracious enough to share in those conversations with me.I started this podcast in August this past fall releasing episodes each week, but as my kiddos transition out of the school year, I’ve realized that I have to set some parts of my work aside so that I have the space to show up & be present with my kiddos.So, Enneagram Friends, here is what you can expect from me this summer. You can expect that I will keep learning & growing this summer. I’m currently half-way through a 100hour Somatic Stress Release training so that I can add somatic stress coaching into my Enneagram coaching. As I work with individuals in the coaching space, so often these moments of overwhelm & chaos surface no matter what the Enneagram Type and so this program is another set of tools & skills to best support my clients.You can also anticipate that I will have less availability this summer as I spend time with my kiddos. If you’re interested in starting a coaching relationship to meet weekly in the coaching space or even to just schedule an initial session, I want to encourage you to do that sooner than later as my availability will fill up quickly. Don’t wait to get the support you need.And lastly you can anticipate that I’ll be back on the podcast this coming fall - continuing to provide spaces for you to increase your self-awareness through the lens of the Enneagram & invite you to consider some of the tools & practices you can incorporate to move out of feeling stuck into truly thriving. This is the farewell to Season 2 and a promise to join back with you in the fall.
