Rick does many things, and one he does very well is Property. His Direct 2 Vendor Campaigns have proved successful, and he now owns an entire street (minus one house!). He's been on SkyTV, is an author, speaker, coach and has a very large Facebook Community. He talks about HMOs (which he writes about every month in YPN Magazine), how to find them, rennovate them and what to look for. As an Ex-copper (Policeman) Rick has an interesting history with HMOs and was skeptical at first.
