If you feel out of balance, constantly stressed, restless and on the edge, the exercise this episode brings you today will make all the difference for you. Simple to learn, easy to apply and it only takes about 10 minutes a day. Rooted in the Path of Yoga, what we call Pratyahara will not only make you feel grounded and centered, but also create a sense of clarity, cheerfulness and Powerful Peace. Especially during summer, we tend to expand into the lively, colorful, blooming world around us, immersing into sounds, smells, interactions, emotions, simply seeking to feel alive. As we turn into fall season, our body, our whole system naturally is longing to turn inward, and nourish that which gives us the most vitality. Using this guided meditation on a daily basis, at best towards the end of the day, on the ride back home from work or the office, right before the end of your day, and over time you’ll become:- Calmer, even in stressful moments during a busy day- More focussed as you will learn how to navigate your senses according to different challenges and life situations- Aware and present of what brings imbalance, so that you can A. Prepare better for them if unavoidable or B. Change or eliminate such disruptive factors- Independent from outside chaos as your inside will provide peace and quiet in stormy times- Instead of chasing opportunities, you will naturally attract them from your place of center- Less impatient and less envious.
