Finding Balance Encore Episode

Hey, Happy Asses! 👋 I’m bringing back this special episode as a little reminder that none of us has this “balance” thing totally nailed…and that’s okay. Sometimes life pulls us away from our core, and when that happens, everything feels out of whack. But here’s the good news: awareness is the first step to finding your way back.In this encore episode, I’m getting real about my ongoing journey with balance. Physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, and why it’s not a one-and-done kind of thing. I share some honest stories, a few laughs, and even a surprising Bible verse about rest that totally blew my mind. This episode is your gentle nudge to slow down, find your center, and give yourself permission to breathe.Episode Highlights:[00:14] The Struggle with Balance[01:33] Insights from Rick Warren[02:05] Personal Reflections on Workaholism[03:41] The Importance of Rest and Balance[08:13] A Funny Story About Balance[09:25] Biblical Perspective on Rest[09:49] Conclusion and Upcoming TopicsWant to Be a Guest or Sponsor? If you’d like to share your story on the show or become a sponsor, I’d love to hear from you!Email Me At:[email protected]@beachybeach.comStay connected on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok @MyHappyAssLifeSubscribe on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, iHeartRadio & YouTube so you never miss an episode.Be sweet, y’all! 💛🎙 Presented by ADF Media
