Finding Failure 100H

Talking through the purpose, design, and intended experience for the last challenge we undertook. I was surprised, not disappointed, and still not quite satisfied. But still also full of self respect for the accomplishment.I was able to concentrate deliberately on putting into practice the 'Left Hand'. A sort of post offering validation. I've used it specifically and purposefully now on the Western States 100m and this little 100H 250m.
